This presentation explores the latest developments in creating a volume-limited sample of stars within a 25 pc radius and modeling the stellar composition using a semi-analytical Milky Way model.

Demonstrates the work done during my masters thesis on the population syhthesis of white dwarfs in a semi-analytical Milky Way model.

In this talk, I present the properties of white dwarfs synthesised in a semi-analytical Milky Way model and its comparison to the the Gaia data
